Patient rights
At Boulcott Hospital, we are fully committed to providing exemplary care and ensuring every patient has a positive experience during their time with us.
Approximately two weeks after your hospital stay, you will receive a patient experience survey by email or text message. We encourage you to share your feedback, as it helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.
