Anju is a New Zealand trained Obstetrician and Gynaecologist.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She trained in Wellington, and has worked in Wellington for many years. Anju recently spent a year in Australia.
Anju believes that doctor-patient communication is the first step to good health. She spends time with patients to individualise their care plan. Anju combines excellent surgical training and cutting edge technology to optimise patient outcomes.
Her focus is a very well informed patient, comprehensive care and treatment tailored to the patient. Postoperative patients during recovery have ready all-hour access to her team.
Anju's area of special interest is pelvic floor disorders (vaginal prolapse and urinary incontinence), and minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic). She has wide experience in management of both primary and recurrent vaginal prolapse.
